• We offer delivery all over Pakistan.
• Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
• Delivery time may vary between 2–5 working days depending on your city and courier service availability.
• Shipping charges may apply and will be displayed at checkout.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide.

Return & Exchange Policy

All products purchased from ScentRipple can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase only if:

• The item received is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
• The product delivered does not match the original order or specifications.

To raise a complaint or exchange request, customers must notify us within 3 days of delivery through our customer support channels.

For damaged or defective items, you may be asked to provide photographic evidence before the exchange request can be processed.

Exchange Conditions

Exchange requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

• The request is made after the specified exchange period.
• The product has been used or damaged by the customer.
• The product packaging has been tampered with.
• Missing original packaging, labels, accessories, or freebies.
• Fragrances can only be exchanged if received damaged or defective.
• Sale items are only exchangeable for the same product, subject to stock availability.

ScentRipple does not offer refunds or money-back guarantees on purchased items.

How to Exchange an Item

Customers can send the parcel back through any courier service convenient to them. Once the returned parcel is received and inspected, the exchange process will be completed.

An exchange delivery fee may apply for sending the replacement product.
